The induced voltage is measured by the receiver coil and converted into an electrical signal.
The electrical signal is processed by the transmitter, which determines the flow rate based on the voltage and provides an output signal or display.
The advantages of electromagnetic flow meters include their ability to measure a wide range of conductive fluids, including corrosive and abrasive liquids. They have no moving parts, resulting in minimal pressure drop and low maintenance requirements. Additionally, they offer high accuracy and can measure bidirectional flow.
